Position: Manager Data Strategy and Solutions (Digital Banking Group)
Band: 9 to 7
Location: Lahore
Job Summary / Major Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise data strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Establish a data governance framework, policies, and compliance with banking regulations
- Implement data quality standards, Master Data Management, and metadata management processes
- Collaborate with business units to align data initiatives with operational needs
- Partner with IT and Cybersecurity teams to ensure secure and scalable data architecture
- Monitor data governance KPIs and report progress to senior leadership
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an
HEC-recognized local or foreign university.
Experience: 04 to 07 years of banking or non-banking experience.
Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in data strategy,
governance, or analytics.
Age Limit: Up to 55 years as on the date of application.
