Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized local or international university.
- Master’s degree or relevant professional certification will be preferred.
Experience Required
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Banking, Financial Institutions, Telecom, or Fintech.
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, Customer Experience, Digital Onboarding, or UI/UX.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Product operations and customer onboarding.
- Market research and analysis of customer banking needs.
- Knowledge of competitor products and industry trends.
- Understanding of KYC, AML, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Coordination with marketing teams for product campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for remote customer onboarding.
- Oversee daily product operations and resolve product-related issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve adoption, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
- Translate business requirements into BRDs, functional specifications, and user journey maps.
- Collaborate with IT, UX/UI, and other teams to design and deploy digital platforms.
- Develop Product Papers, SOPs, SLAs, and training guides.
- Create customer education materials including videos, guides, and FAQs.
- Coordinate between Product, Compliance, Operations, IT, and Marketing teams.
- Monitor SBP guidelines and circulars related to customer onboarding.
- Prepare MIS and regulatory reporting dashboards for management and SBP submissions.
