The Punjab Education Foundation (PEF), an autonomous body of the School Education Department,
Government of the Punjab, provides free education to around 4 million children across the province.
PEF is looking for dynamic individuals to join as Monitoring & Evaluation Officers (MEOs)
across 23 districts of Punjab.

Terms & Conditions
- All recruitments are temporary and non-permanent, on a district-wise basis. Contract duration is one year, extendable subject to permission of the Competent Authority.
- Candidates must be willing and able to do field work in their designated district.
- Candidates must hold domicile of the district they are applying for.
- Candidates dismissed from any court, Armed Forces, or a Government project, or with unsatisfactory performance record, are not eligible.
- A valid motorcycle license is required (or written permission to use a motorcycle if not personally owned).
- Candidates with IT experience will be preferred.
- Candidates must be physically fit and willing to serve in hard areas.
- LPR holders from Armed Forces must submit NOC and Diploma equivalence certificate (DAE/Training) from IBCC.
How to Apply
1. Visit the official PEF website (pef.edu.pk) or the CTS website (ctspak.com) for the detailed job description.
2. Shortlisting and the written test will be conducted by the Central Testing Service (CTS). A minimum of 50% marks in the test is required to be called for interview.
3. Download and submit the application form at ctspak.com/pef-2622/ by 07 September 2026 (Monday), 5:00 PM.
4. Pay the processing fee via challan at any Bank of Punjab branch (Account No. 6510003300400083) by the same deadline. Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. Complete and sign the printed application form, attaching: latest CV, original bank deposit slip, domicile copy, NOC (if required), attested passport-size photo, attested CNIC & academic credentials, and experience certificate(s).
6. Send the completed hard copy via post/courier to CTS, reaching by 11 September 2026 (Friday), 5:00 PM. Clearly mention the post applied for on the envelope.
